Caboc is a Scottish cream cheese from the United Kingdom. It is made from cow's milk that has been enriched with cream, or from double cream itself. The cheese is shaped into a short log and rolled in toasted oatmeal, which gives the outside a rough, nutty coat. The paste is soft, pale yellow, and thick enough to spread. It is a fresh cheese, not a pressed wheel and not a blue.
