Substitutes for Davidstow Cheddar

A substitute changes the dish. The note says how.

• CheddarA block of the same age melts and grates in the same way when this Cornish brand is not in the shop.
• Cathedral City CheddarIt is another British block cheddar, so it can take the same place in a sauce, a sandwich, or on toast.
