Substitutes for Basket cheese

A substitute changes the dish. The note says how.

• Queso PanelaIt is a fresh mild cheese often molded with a basket pattern, so it can take the same place in a salad or on bread.
• Hoop cheeseIt is a simple fresh curd shaped in a round form, and it fills a pie when a basket-molded cheese is not available.
